Role - Group Credit Officer -
Location - Tamil Nadu
Qualification - 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Fresher
Mandatory Requirement - Candidate should have a Two wheeler along with a license
Salary - Up to 2 LPA (Monthly-16650/-)
( Petrol Reimbursement and Incentives are excluded )
Note - As discussed once selected by the client for the job role the candidate has to go through a 2 week training the Fees for which is Rs 15,000 /- inclusive of GST to be paid by the candidate after getting OFFER LETTER . This fees will be reimbursed (Return) to the candidate along with his salary in 3-6 months as a retention bonus.

1-Collections quality (collected versus demand) Disbursal amount
2-Insurance attachment rate
3-Conducting center meetings , collections , disbursement
4-Attending customer queries & resolution in TAT
5-Coordinating with ACO in facilitating disbursement and collections
6-Adherence to process – disbursement, collections etc.
7-Demonstrated potential to take initiative in building a growing customer base and team
